Refund policy
Thank you for choosing our custom products! Please note that all custom-made items are made to order and are therefore non-refundable. By purchasing an item, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Custom Orders: All products that are personalized, customized, or made to order are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Order Accuracy: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all customization details (such as stain colour, design, etc.) are accurate before submitting the order. Once the order is processed, changes cannot be made.

Defective or Damaged Items: If the item is received defective or damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement, offering store credit, or refund depending on the situation. Please be ready to send photos of the broken/damaged item as well as photos of the shipping box it came in.

Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be canceled once production has started. We begin processing your item within 5 business days after your order is placed, and therefore cancellations are not permitted after that period.

Customer Responsibility: Please ensure that all details, including but not limited to shipping address, customization, and product selection, are correct before completing your purchase.

Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Items: In the event that an incorrect shipping address is provided, or the item is returned due to being undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred to reship the item. Please ensure all address details are accurate at the time of purchase to avoid any delays or complications. No refunds will be provided in regards to these situations.
